- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slider buns
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip into egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
