  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 4 ears corn on the cob (cut into thirds)
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage (sliced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and cut potatoes and corn; slice sausage; gather shrimp and seasonings.
  2. Boil water: In a large pot, combine water, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Cook potatoes: Add baby potatoes to the pot and boil for about 10 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Add sausage and corn: Stir in sliced sausage and corn pieces; cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp: Finally, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 3-5 minutes). Avoid overcooking.
